Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At Real Dogs Run Naked, we’re just getting started—but we’re here to build something that lasts. We’re starting small, staying true to the bond, and doing it the right way.
That means your order may take a little longer to process—typically 5 to 10 business days before it ships. We know that’s not instant—but as we are starting out it lets us make sure every piece of gear meets our standards and would pass inspection by Si, our retired duck dog and head of quality control. (If there were titles for quality control, Si would have his Grand Master QC.)

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We don’t just sell it—we stand behind it. If your order’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
Contact Us  and we’ll sort it out.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tag, and in original condition (free from hair, mud, or marsh water). It must also be in the original packaging.
Because some Real Dogs Run Naked products may be made to order, we’ll review return and exchange requests individually.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

For questions about an order, please use our Contact Us page.

Returns go across the nose of Si, our retired duck dog turned head of quality control. Returns get his full attention—like a whistle sit at 100 yards. He reviews every return with the focus of a dog waiting for the next mark. He’s fair but don’t test his patience with a muddy hoodie.
