RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Real Dogs Run Naked order. If something isn’t quite right, Contact Us and we’ll work with you to sort it out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With original tags attached, when applicable
- Free from pet hair, dirt, mud, odors, or other signs of use
- Returned in its original packaging when possible
Some Real Dogs Run Naked products are made to order. Returns or exchanges for made-to-order merchandise may be reviewed individually.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process the refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise do not meet the return requirements above may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Custom or personalized products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
