Real Dogs Run Naked orders are prepared and packed with care. Some products may be made to order, so please allow time for processing before your order ships.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or special events, processing may take a little longer.

SHIPPING

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and may include USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $89 or more.

TRACKING

Please allow time for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email. In some cases, carriers may take 24–48 hours to show movement.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside our control. If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help determine the next steps.
